Buyer’s Representative

A buyer’s representative will:

  1. Evaluate specific needs and wants, locate properties that fit those specifications
  2. Assist in determining the amount they can afford, show properties in that price range and locale
  3. Assist in viewing properties
  4. Research selected properties to identify problems or issues
  5. Advise to structure an appropriate offer
  6. Present offer to seller’s agent and seller on behalf of buyer
  7. Negotiate on behalf of buyer to help obtain identified property
  8. Provide a list of potential qualified vendors
  9. Fully represent buyer throughout real estate transaction
